Aleph pvt ltd - Paid Amount Not refunded

Sir I have ordered iphone *s plus **gb rose gold mobile of Rs ****..They said to confirm order you have to pay Rs *** security amount m.then I had requested to pay Rs*** and I had paid then they send order form after filling order form they called me and said sir u have to pay Rs **** of insurance as ur pincode is blacklisted and Rs **** rs is refundable at time of delivery and remaining amount of Rs **** u have to pay at time of delivery.Then After half an hour they called mi and said sir u have to pay Rs **** rs and GST charge of **** rs as ur area is blacklisted and customer bad behavior at time of delivery and said after this payment your product delivered today till *pm on ** Jan ****..Then they said ur parcel is at your nearest hub we will call you at time of delivery...then after that they switched off there mobiles and then On next day they called mi and said sir one issue is arriving as ur transactions details is matching with other customers so u have to pay total amount oF Rs ***** At once then we delivered ur order..That time I realize they are scammers and I rejected to pay ***** rs then they said sorry sir u have to pay this amount other wise we don't give u any product or refund.. Sir plz help me sir I want my money back/refund..
