Shine Aqua - Paid AMC but service not done

Purchased RO water purifier from shine Aqua prima on December ****. As per company sales officer the asked to make AMC for service and they said company service agent will visit for every six months to replace certain parts of filter but no one came from last eight months. I have tried to contact them but no response now meanwhile I directly connected agent and requested for a service but he is avoiding the same. Fraudulent commitments. I purchased it for good health of my family but it is not hampering the health. Please help
