I had requested them to exchange my package, it's been * week. They're neither reading my messages nor answering calls. Customer service is pathetic to another level. It's understandable if I ask them for free stuffs. I have paid for additional shipping charges to exchange the product. There is no help or response from a single person. All they have time for is to market themselves. They're inviting trouble themselves.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
