Videocon Dth company - Paid 999 for dth new connection but not delivered the product

I have paid Rs.*** thru Videocon website for new dth connection on **/**/** .Aftet two days nodal officer had confirmed that ordered item is not available in thier custody hence please cancel your request and purchase it from your local vendor. So I again paid *** rs to local vendor for the device. Thier area manager had confirmed that your earlier paid amt would be reversed. Till this date **/**/** I have no response from this company and the area manager after * months. How do I get my hard earned money from Videocon?
