Permitek Electronics - Paid 1 lakh 49 thousand rupees but package not delivered

Sir, I am Animesh Majumder from Ahmadpur, Birbhum, West Bengal, India. I am ** years old. Permitek Electronics located in Springfield, **** S campbell ave, MO *****, USA has scammed me by taking my money. The amount is *lakh ** thousand Indian rupees. Seeing their advertisement in facebook I talked to the seller. They advertised that Mi note ** pro is in offer. Its price is *****Rs and its buy * get * free. In this way they are doing fraud. They took advance online payment by saying many charges like delivery charge, insurance fee, customs charge, again delivery fee, thug fee and now they are asking for deposit fee. They are saying that the amount is refundable. Once I pay deposit fee to them the amount will be refunded. But they have already taken *lakh ** thousand rupees from me. Its a huge amount for me. I have nothing now. They are not delivering my product and also not giving me refund.
I shall be highly grateful to you if you kindly look into this matter and take necessary steps so that I get my money back. This fraudster has looted me. I am submitting complain to you. Kindly do the needful. Awaiting early reply from you.

These are the account details in which I paid the money. These are the Indian marketing account of the company. I have all the payment details. The bank accounts are from Madhya Pradesh. Kindly help me sir. I feel so puzzled. I am very frustrated, stressed and tensed now. Kindly do the needful to get back my money and punish them. All transactions are recorded as those are online. I have the transaction details and tracking details. They have harrassed me a lot. I have informed this matter to FTC, ICPEN, CFPB, FBI and Prime Minister Office. My advocate also has sent the company a legal notice. I reported this case to Indian cyber crime portal.

He is associated with the company. He is misleading with the advertisement. I have all transaction details, advertisement detail, shop detail, tracking detail, legal notice with me. Kindly help me please.
