Phonepe - packing not delivered

i order gold delivery on phonepe on ** january **** via invoice number N**********************. On the website , they showed only * days as estimated delivery date. But they backtrack from your commitment. This is wrong advertising and business standards.I am attaching screenshot of their application where it is shown only * days. I registered multiple complaints with the company. They were assuring me the gold will be delivered soon. Instead they cancel the order for no reasons after making me waiting for * days . I need the gold urgently and the made huge looses to me after they backtrack from their delivery promises. They are just paying me the minting charges. As they were unable to make delivery in time. I want them to pay me whole amount of Rs ***** ( ****+*****+***) and penalty and compensation for making me looses , wrong commitment, fake advertising.
