मेरे द्वारा मधुर कोरियर waidhan जिला सिंगरौली से दिनांक १२.०८.१९ को एक पार्सल जिसमे राखिया थी जिसकी कीमत लगभग १००० रूपये एवं कोरियर खर्च ७० रूपये था जिसे सिवनी जिले हेतु कोरियर कराया गया था उक्त पार्सल दिनांक **.**.** को मधुर कोरियर सिवनी में रिसीव किया गया किन्तु आज दिनांक १९.०८.१९ तक उक्त पार्सल संबंधित को उपलब्ध नही कराया गया जिस कारण मै मानसिक रूप से बेहद परेशान हूँ एवं उक्त संबंध में मधुर कोरियर सिवनी में दूरभाष नंबर ७९९५८३१६१ जो कि रवि डहेरिया का है से कई बार संपर्क करने की कोशिश की गई किन्तु संबंधित द्वारा कॉल रिसीव नही की जा रही है और न ही संबंधित कोरियर सेंटर से ही जहा पार्सल देना था वहा संपर्क ही किया गया जिस कारण मुझे पुनः उतनी ही राशी की राखिया खरीद् वाकर देना पड़ा जिससे मेरा आर्थिक नुकशान भी हुआ एवं मानसिक रूप से भी परेशान हुआ l उक्त संबंध में संबंधित मधुर कोरियर सिवनी के विरूद्ध उचित कार्यवाही कराकर मेरी जो राशी खर्च हुयी एवं मानसिक रूप से जो परेशानी हुयी उसकी हर्जाने की राशी संबंधित से दिलाये जाने का कष्ट करे एवं संबंधित के खिलाफ उचित कार्यवाही करने का कष्ट करे ताकि भविष्य में सभी उपभोक्ताओ को समय से सुविधा उपलब्ध हो सके
