I purchased * tops in fab gallery site on *th Jan **** and i paid the amount through credit card. I received an email stating all the * tops details SMS that the order was confirmed and going to be delivered on ** to ** days. After * week i received an SMS that the packet is going to deliver on **th Jan **** through Delhivery Courier service. I waited for * days for the product. I tried to contact the fab gallery customer care, but the number given in the site was always saying switched off. There is an option to raise a query in fab gallery site even though I did but no response from them.
* Days back i contacted easebuzz courier service as i received an SMS on purchase date i.e on *ht Jan ****. with that, i contacted them for resolution. They tried to contact the fab gallery but the mails id are also not working. Today also raised a query to easebuzz to fix the issue. How to get my money back. Please help me to refund my money back.
