I have recently purchased trausers from online site as displayed in Facebook..i forgot the name of the company now. There was an advertisement as pack of * koutons branded shirt at Rs. ***. I had ordered for it as cash on delivery. It was ordered on **stJul**. I have received the packet yesterday (**-Aug-**) where in the the company name was mentioned as Readydeals contact no. *********** delivered by Courier Co. EKART SURFACE. The shirts that I have received from the courier was low quality trausers and not of the brand I have ordered for. Now when I have called the mobile no. *********** they started asking me for bank details like bank name, linked phone numbers etc. for refunding my amount which I have denied to give. The person (didnot disclosed his name) and said there is no other option of refund but refund can only be received online if I share my bank details which clearly depicts its a fraud star. Pls investigate in the matter and please arrange for a refund and resolution of my compliant
