Leo packers and movers - Packers and movers fraud

We wanted packers and movers service for relocating from bitragunta to rourkela. Leo packers and movers (this is not leo P& M India its a cheap hyd baed company I'll share the GSTIN) called me and we discussed about the requirement. They told me that they will do it in *****+**%gst and *% insurance. We agreed to it and they came for packing and pickup from hyderabad. While packing I asked the person multiple times to give me the bill so that I'll clear the payment but he didn't gave me anything. Once our goods were pickedup he sent me a bill for ***** stating many unknown charges which he never mention on thr call while discussing the rate. I told him to give us our goods as we won't be giving ***** to him.then he threatened us that the goods are with us if you are not paying the amount .we had to pay the said amount as we wanted our goods and the tracking nmbr. Then they handed over the goods to GATI courier service on ** sep ****. After multiple calls as we haven't reciced our goods on ** sep **** my husband and brother in law went to bhubaneswar to check if actually our goods reached bbsr or not. On * oct **** GATI associates are calling us and saying that your goods have reached rourkela you have to pay **** more to get your package delivered at your doorsteps. We had to negotiate and pay **** to them to get our goods . Now when we opened the boxes we found that most of the valueable items are damaged . We are calling the leo person to know about the claim for the damaged items they are not reciveing our calls .
