Shiv Durga Agarwal Packers And Movers - Packers and movers damaged and lost transit material and denied to settle claim charged extra money

I shifted my household goods from kolkata to guwahati by a packers and movers company .First they had quoted me an amount before finalize information the deal with full truck load direct vehicle but after pick up I have seen that it was not a direct vehicle but a part load.After picking up the goods they charged me almost double by mentioning about GST, insurance and handling charges etc.
They had taken almost ** days to deliver the consignment and that’s too in very pathetic condition.most of my wooden furnitures,refrigerator got scratches and dents, after a detailed checking we found lot of important items missing from the packers also .They said that they will send someone to check and repair the wooden furnitures and settle the lost items and asked me for a list of damage and missing items .It’s almost * months I have been continuously following up but the transporter person is ignoring me.
