i booked two pair of shoes at aldrado.com for myself and paid rs.***through online on **rd December,****. payment done through paytm gateway.
my order no was #*****. on **th I received the message that my product were dispatched and will receive shortly but till now nothing arrived.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
