I booked a parcel service through rapido where the delivery partner was supposed to collect bakery items from the vendor and deliver them to me.
Booking Amount Paid to Vendor: ₹***
Issue: The Rapido captain collected the parcel but never delivered it to me.
I tried calling the captain multiple times, but he is not answering the calls.
I also tried reaching customer support, but have received no response so far.
This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I have lost ₹*** and received no service
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
