My order, TecSox Neo*** Wireless Earbud With Deep Bass & Comfortable Fit | IPX Water Resistant, was supposed to come on **th February **** and I haven't recieved it yet(Ordered On **st February) . Order ID: TS******. I'm requesting Full refund as mentioned under the Shipping and Return Policy. I tried contacting the phone number given but it's not going through. I emailed them but my email is not going also. It was supposed to be a gift and it's late now so it's of no use now. It's causing me to become both mentally and financially anxious.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
