Dtdc Courier Company,perambalur - Packaged not deliver

On **th may **** I go to DTDC express limited for a courier to Bangalore from Kota . The man who make my bill told me it reach in * days .Today is ** May it has been more than * days now but till now it has not reached there . I complaint him about this yesterday but they are not responding and not doing anything . I am a student and the thing I courier was my application form for the college which last date is today . I am feeling very angry and sad same at a time because my admission will not happen now . Please do something their customer service is very bad they not refunding also . It's not about my ₹*** but it's about my career it's about my life .
