Matsclub India - Packaged delivered with a cometely differemt inferior quality product

I recently placed an order on Matsclub.in/products for a pair of footmats after I saw an add. However, when I received the product I found that it was completely different from what was shown in the advertisement in terms of design , size, color etc. And the product is very inferior and cheap in terms of quality and not worth even half of the amount I already paid. And also the helpline numbers provided on the delivery packet for call back or if in case of any issue with the product does not seem to work. There is no way to reach back to the seller to ask for a refund of the amount or even try return the product. The delivery partner Ekart also does not seem to have any way of reaching out to the seller and the Ekart Office has expressed its inability to help. So I have decided to report the matter and ensure that this company or website is taken off and this kind of fraud doesn't happen or someone else does not fall prey to it.
