Fuaark - package was picked but getting message that pick up failed

I ordered * product from fuaark . The products were delivered me on time. But I did not liked * product. So I raised a request to return and the guy from ekart came on the next day. He took my product and now I am getting message that pick up failed. When I contacted fuaark for this they told me that in system it is showing that the product has not been picked up yet . My all calls are being recorded automatically and there are cctv camera installed outside my house. So I have all the evidences. I want the courier boy to be punished for fooling his company.
