Econ Express - Package was not delivered

Yesterday I got message saying products is out ffor delivery. However I have not received any product. Afternoon I got anonymous message saying products has been delivered and same is reflected in online portal.
I didn't get any call from delivery boy and have no idea to whom he has delivered it.
When I try to call the number mentioned in first'message it's saying yu are calling from unregister number. I am not sure where I need to register and if my number is not registered with exim express then how did I get those delivery related messages.
And I tried to call customer care number which was mentioned on their website., But unable to connect and it was disconnected continuosly.
Please deliver my product ASAP and confirm me exactly what happened.
