I was not at home at the time of delivery. The delivery partner asked for OTP but didn't deliver the order. I tried reaching out to Flipkart but it was of no use. They didn't even try to reach to courier service or delivery partner. I want some action to be taken or else more people will suffer like this.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
