Hotshop co in or Mart Buzz - Package was not delivered

Razorpay is working with a company called Mart Buzz. Mart Buzz fraudulently had a website called Hotshop.co.in and they sell electronics. When I ordered then it was Hotshop.co.in and when I paid it said i paid to mart Buzz and when I did Google on this company it showed complaints of fraud and non delivery. When I called the company, they acted fraudulently by saying there is a delay or that their system is down etc etc. Please help to solve this asap and get my refund back.
