Meesho arham dupatta - Package was delivered to a random person by the delivery boy

There were two orders that were meant to be delivered together on ** March we got a notification that you orders are successfully delivered but it was not noting was recieved to us when I contacted the meesho helpline the complaint for both the products were meant to be registered defferent but as customer I had a thought that may complaint for both packages were combined on ** I registered the complaint for package only now the time in which the issue must get resolved would be * but it's been ** days no action is taken also after knowing the fact that the complaint of another must be registered separately meesho is not accepting it.
