Dora Vastra com - Package was defective faulty not that was shown

I had ordered * dresses for my daughters for diwali on **th October'**. I received the package today on **th on October'** n the product was so disgusting. The material was of so poor quality n the overall product was only faulty and not that what was shown on the website. My money is wasted n moreover my daughters were so sad to see such dresses. It was so frustrating n stressful. Even the contact number provided is not in service. For return we only have to send it back to them, such horrible service.
