Had ordered for a mirror frame ( without the mirror) from Afnan Ansari in Facebook Marketplace. The product was broken. It was a COD order. I sent pics to seller, who said it happened in transit. When asked to reduce price he reduced by ***/- saying it can be fixed with just Fevicol. And that, he was reducing the price for that. I wasn't ok with that. And after that he started talking in a very rude way, forcing me to cancel my order or making me pay ****/-
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
