I have ordered a cake for inaugration of one dark store. Before ordering only I have confirmed the timing as the guest had planned to leave for Germany. Even after continuous follow ups after * hrs of scheduled timing they confirmed that they are not able to deliver this cake and order got cancelled. Now this order was placed on **th Dec **** and till today they are asking time to refund our money. No manager is ready to talk.
