Dtdc Bangalore DTDC - Package Undelivered

We have booked a consignment for Bangalore via DTDC courier services from Bhilai, Chhattisgarh to Sarjapur, Bangalore on **th April ****. AWB No. - G********. The consignment booking was accepted by Mr. Rahul (on behalf of Shiv Enterprises, Risali, Bhilai, Chhattisgarh -DTDC Franchise). While making the booking, he assured us with *-* days of delivery time. My consignment reached the destination's nearest distribution hub of DTDC ie. BOMMASANDRA, Bengaluru on *th May. I waited for two more days but no one reached me for my consignment's delivery. It's **th May today and the consignment is still undelivered. I have made numerous calls to DTDC call center and raised complaints, raised tickets online(which they close automatically without even reverting). I have called the source franchise(which made my booking), I have called Mr. Sunil (Regional CME-Dtdc) numerous times. Every time they are coming up with excuses like, 'Banglore is shut', 'delivery person is refusing', 'the hub is quite far(** kms) from the receiver's address etc etc. Today the delivery agent Mr. Varun has called me and said I am not getting too much load of shipments in your address's route that's why the delivery is getting delayed and I can't come. I have some really important household goods in that consignment and the absence is affecting my survivability in Bangalore. I am fed up of calling to different numbers everyday, emailing, and talking to a random new person from DTDC everyday and listening to fake assurances. This ordeal is affecting my mental health. Feels like a trauma now.
