Travel Namaste India - Package Trip Cancelled before 30 days from the day of travel 16 May 2021

Dear Sir,

We have booked the package from your end through Mr.Pranab (I had WhatsApp him also) to which we had paid ****/- attached is the receipt. The package includes for * passengers. Unfortunately one passenger needs to undergo ear surgery and won’t be able to go for the trip as advised by the doctor not to travel for next ** months. So she and her daughter won’t be travelling for the schedule trip.

As per your package policy pdf received by us, we are cancelling it prior your cancellation duration so full amount will be refunded. Kindly initiate the refund for ** pax I.e - Rs. ****/- as earliest as possible.
