Redme note 10 - Package transferred without product

Hi, I had ordered a Redme note ** mobile phone from Amazon India online portal on **th April ****. I received the package on **th April **** without product at my dad's office (the address I had mentioned for delivery). I immediately informed to Amazon who assured me to resolve this in * days but after * days they denied to provide any replacement and cancelled my claim too. Please help
