I placed an order from this site for mothers day gift delivery at *:** pm and paid ** rupees extra rupees for standard delivery on and order of *** then they said the order is out for delivery and the delivery slot was **:** pm to **:** pm and till * pm also no response nothing i tried to contact then via email phone number customer assistance even Instagram but they didn’t respond and the purpose of those flowers to be delivered now has ended i want a refund and not only me there are a lot of customers going through this and its there on their recent instagram posts too
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
