I have send my parcel from bangalore to kolkatta on **rd November and its almost an month and there is no where about my parcel.. All the customer care numbers do not pick the call are not reachable.. When contacted the shop guy whom I shipped my parcel from gave me an number and each team blame one and another..no responsibility such pathetic and unacceptable service.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
