DTDC COURIER AND CARGO - Package still not delivered

DTDC Courier & Cargo — Great delay in reaching the courier to destination

I had sent a courier from KOTTARAKKARA DTDC( SITUATED IN KOLLAM DIST, KERALA) to TRICHY, TAMILNADU ON ** nd OCTOBER ****. They told me that courier will reach the destination within * OR * DAYS. The courier contained chocolate gift box. But it has been ** DAYS, PACKET DID NOT REACH THE DESTINATION. WHEN I CALLED THE DTDC CUSTOMER CARE, THEY INFORMED ME THAT BY MISTAKE THE PACKET WAS SEND TO AHMEDABAD, AND NOW THEY ARE SENDING IT BACK TO CHENNAI. SUCH IRRESPONSIBLE ACT FROM DTDC STAFF. I SUFFERED MONEY LOSS .SINCE IT WAS A CHOCOLATE BOX, IT WOULD HAV RUINED.I EXCEPT SOME ACTION FROM AUTHORITIES AGAINST THIS.
