Valmo - Package showing delivered but not reached to me

I ordered a product few days ago. But it was showing wrong information while tracking.
It was not reached to pilani(where i live) it was not even showing out for delivery. I recieved an otp but no one called me to share otp. No delivery boy artived to me and still it was showing delivered. I had paid earlier through online payment and i lost my money. Meesho use to scam people every time. How can they show delivered still i didnt recieved the parcel
