I have purchased one lehenga choli from website ethnikmall.com. They confirmed the product will be completely stitched. The bit when I received the parcel it was unstitched and not as per the picture is shown on the website. I mailed them the issue and send a reminder for continuous three days. I do not get any response. I called on their phone no. They said to courier the product at their address at Surat. I courier the product on **/*/**** and it delivered on **/*/****. Proof of delivery is shown on the courier website. Still, the company is denying that they have not received the courier. They talked in a very careless manner. They do not bother to reply to me on mail for a single time.
