Amazon com Inc - package returned but no refun issued

Order# ***-*******-******* the received product was not working as not supported with *GHZ connections so i called on **th july them but firstly they refused to place a replacement request after getting involce multiple times they finallly out a replacement request on **th July it was picked up on **rd July and also delivered to them on ** july and even replacement item never received to me. the refund gets initiated after product gets picked up but its not been done till now. when ever call them always give time of * working days and not happening with one order for every return they do the same thing. the disturb me mentally by rude behaviour and call disconnet again and again. they saying they didn't receive original item but they are not giving footage or images or any proof that claims they are telling truth
