Makeway FAB ordered through Taance com - Package returned and no refund or acknowledgement received

I placed an order through Taance.com and received a call immediately confirming order and a package at the said date.But the dress was not what I ordered and hence sent a mail to the support team and received a mail asking to return the package by courier so that refund can be initiated.I did send back the package to their address..MAKEWAY FAB -Surat paying additional courier charges and the DTDC courier delivered on **th Dec and I got a confirmation from Courier team but no confirmation from MAKEWAY FAB or Taance team yet. sent multiple mails but no response
