I placed one order on **st aug**. I wanted to return the product due to fit issue.
I initiated return but no one came for the pick up. Also the other product got delivered to some other address.
I sent called them but no luck, I sent mail to chief manager but she closed the ticket saying in one day someone will come , now its been * months no one came for the pickup. No one replies to mail chain as well.
In website still the status is "return already has been initiated"
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
