Yo shine - Package received with one less item and the material of the product is not like described

I placed an order on YoShine for the high waist leggings and the material was mentioned as soft. I ordered a pack of * but when I received my order I only got two leggings and the material of those were horrible and they are not as described or shown in the pictures. The customer care number doesn't go through or is always busy.
