SINHA S FASHION CLUB - Package picked up by pickup boy but he cancelled my return request after picking the product

I ordered jeans and received the product but was facing size fit issues so I had to return the product. After so many attempts of calling the customer care regarding my product pick the pickup boy came he picked the product and instead of updating the status as product picked up he cancelled my return request because of which I am not able to claim my refund. I even made a complaint regarding the same but they are saying that your product is yet to be picked but in reality my product is with the pick up boy.
