BOAT delhivery courier - Package picked up but showing cancelled

I bought boat airdopes *** carbon black from boat official website on ** February and I recieved it, and the the product i recieved wasn't functioning, so i replaced it and again I recieved a dumb product which also doesn't worked. Then I am not able to replace it again due to it's already a replaced product. I had a only option to claim warranty for only a few mins used product.

Replacement period for the product is * days and it's all lured by the courier service for the first replacement itself, so i had the only option to claim warranty.

So, I applied for warranty. the courier man picked up the product and returned the same dumb product to me after so many days because the warranty request was cancelled and I don't know the reason why.

So again i applied for warranty and i didn't get any response i informed it to the courier boy and he asked me to apply it repeatedly untill its accepted.

The request was accepted and the courier boy (from Delhivery) picked up my product and didn't updated it in the website and I kept on waiting more than weeks to get my dumb product back or a replacement. But website is showing that the package is not picked up but i already gave it to them.

I informed to the customer Service of boat, they asked for acknowledgement number from the delivery boy. But he didn't give any and his reply was that the order is not picked up.

I did as he said to repeatedly request for warranty, and now he is asking the product from me.

I raised the complaint on delhivery courier and they said we will investigate within ** hrs and get your information about the product and there was no reply it's been more than a week. I sent a mail again regarding it and I recieved no response from them.

And now repeatedly the courier service asking for the product from me that i already handovered to them.
Now it's showing that you have exceeded yout maximum attempts.

Help me to get my product.
