Delhivery Boat - Package picked up and no response

As I claimed for warranty of my boat product the courier service boy picked up the product and didn't provide acknowledgement or updated in the website.
So, I raised query on delhivery website and I am suppose to get response within * days. But, it's been more than two weeks since I raised complaint on delhivery website and almost been * month since my product picked up.
Till now I recieved no response from them.

From boat side they aren't helping with it since I don't have acknowledgement number.
And, I directly asked the courier service boy and he denied that the product was picked up.
Please help with this issue.
