I booked a ride for my parcel to be delivered from the pickup location to drop and the rapido captain even received the parcel but when it came to deliver the parcel he on his way said that the parcel is delivered payment is done and stole away my parcel. I have been complaining about this incident from the past *-* days but I didnt get any respond. His name is HAFIZ IMRAN
