Ekart and Flipkart and myntra - package of product not delivered

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience i had with one of your delivery boy Mr. Abhiram(kotiyam hub,kollam,kerala) On **.**.****, I placed an order through Flipkart for the product spin cart * in * Screen Cleaning Set for PC, Laptops, Monitors, Mobiles, LCD, LED and despite the confirmation of the order the delivery was not made with the stipulated time frame. He had attempted to make a call and once i had picked it up he keeps quiet to prove his side. Furthermore the behavior of the delivery executive is completely unacceptable. Not only he was rude and disrespectful in his language he has also asked me to collect the product from the hub and he said he wont deliver the product for me.
he made a very vulgar communication through google pay, he also used harsh language which is highly unacceptable and uncalled for. such behavior not only tarnishes the reputation of company but also creates a negative experience for customers like myself. his google pay number through which he had sent inappropriate messages is **********. It is imperative that action be taken to address this matter. He has not only failed to deliver the product as expected but also subjected me to offensive and lewd language during the conversation. This is not the way a reputed company would handle things and this is totally against terms and conditions. the delivery boy(abhiram **********,kotiyam hub,kollam,kerala). this would tend me to file a legal complaint against your company Ekart and the delivery executive.
