Booked a pkt of documents related to my business matter with DTDC courier at Khazana market, Lucknow on the **th May **** to be sent by Air to Pune. Docket receipt number D********. Paid Rs ****-/ for "Air" service.
Receipt is available with me.
Was told that pkt would be delivered in * days I.e. by **th May.
Package has still not been delivered (today - **nd May ****)
This has led to losses in my transactions amounting to Rs **,***/-
