Myntra End Of Reason Sale Complaint - PACKAGE NT DELIVERED

MY ORDER NO *******-*******-*******, under this order * of my items shows delivered BUT THEY NEVER REACHED US. we have been ordering from MYNTRA in huge amounts for the last few years and mostly always done prepaid through net banking.. we never had issues..but this time THREE OF OUR ITEMS *)VAN HEUSEN BEIGE REGULAR FIT PANTS, *) MISH GREEN AND WHITE STRIPPED DRESS, *) SASSAFRAS OFF WHITE AND BLACK PANTS , show delievered but we have not yet recd..when spoke to MR BHAVIN from the call centre he said we shd have told them within ** hours etc etc..but my only question to him was and which he could nt answer was,' We have so much trust and faith in myntra that we have been ordering for a while now and we never go to check accounts ...only bevaise i was purchasing something else that i went to see my ac and realised the three were not delievered.. kindly help
