I had ordered boots worth rupees **** from the instagram page called footballcentral.in on *st April ****, and was promised that the delivery would take place before *th of April **** . The person responsible is not replying to the text messages and has not even provided me with the tracking id of the order.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
