The seller hardly ever responds to any of their "mentioned" support streams like whatsapp or email or even instagram. They dont ship the products ordered and only keep saying that they'll ship it "asap". They haven't given any proof of the products ordered nor are they communicating with me for a refund. It's been close to a week since I made the order yet they haven't even been shipped yet. I have no tracking details, nothing.
