Juterberry.com - Package not send and not refunding money

I had contacted Mr Ankush Agrwal (+************) through Indiamart.com. On *th September ****, I had ordered for *** pieces of Jute Bags and paid the same.

On **th Sep he said that he will deliver the consignment and will send the courier details, but till **th Sep i did not receive any courier details and unfortunately i had to ask for the refund.

Since, **th September ****, he gave an assurance that he is going to refund the money.

After repeated follow-up, On **th Sep ****, he mailed that he is refunding the money and gave a false transaction code id.

From **th Sep onwards, he blocked all my calls and sms.

Mr Ankush is also owning the following organization and making fraud through the following names:

They have given false address with different registered address:
