Shree Birami shop - Package not returned

I ordered a saree , the day which saree delivered i returned saree but nobody present to pickup saree and the status of return is cancelled. But again I try to return the saree but same thing happened with me again and again . I talked to customer support.
Believe me , they said we are sorry, now you can not return your order because meesho doesn't give any resolution for it. I think now meesho is doing scam with loyal customers.
I am very disappointed now from meesho.
