I had ordered a phone case from CASE IT UP INDIA site that is caseitup.in on **th May ****. I received the case after **-** days that's ok.
But when I received it, it was a defective case and didn't fit my phone for which I had ordered it. So I complained regarding this and I was told that according to there policy I would get a replacement.
But today it's more than * months but I haven't received anything. When I reach to them they don't give any reply. I had also complained at consumerhelpline.in (docket no.- *******) but it was disposed of today siting no response from the company. So please help regarding this case.
