Zoollu - Package not received

I saw zoollu's ad on Instagram and thought this is a genuine id. Even talked to concerned person. Inwas informed that parcel will be delivered by **nd September ****. It's **th October **** and have no updates from the company. Neither I have received the parcel nor any status.
