Bought a Full sleeve Tshirt on ** September from www.cyankart.com. The order was despatched normally but was not delivered by courier partner due to some reasons and the parcel went back to the seller(**th october). Since then I have emailed them several times and contacted via social media to resolve the issue-either refund or resend the item. They don't respond,the listed phone number does not work.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
